Navy Submarine/Ship Project Engineer/Project Management

Mid-level project engineer for technical analysis and project management support of Navy submarine and surface ship signature and survivability projects in Bethesda, MD. Position supports submarine and surface ship R&D for current and future Navy acquisition programs.

Minimum five (5) years related experience in Navy operations or technical support projects. Minimum qualifications include a B.S. degree in engineering, physics or another physical science. Submarine or surface warfare qualification highly desirable. Experience in operational nuclear submarines, shipyards, or the NAVSEA/Naval Warfare Center community is desired. Knowledge of acoustics, structures or materials is a plus. Excellent writing and verbal communications skills are required. The ability to obtain a government security clearance is necessary.
